How to delete your Dayli account

In the app: Menu (☰) → Account → Delete account → “Delete forever”.

If you can't access the app, email support@apprelium.app from the address your account is registered with, with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete it within 30 days and reply.

How to delete some of your data without deleting your account

Everything is done in the app. If you have Dayli Plus, deleted data is also removed from the server and from your other devices.

• A day's entry: open the day → clear the title and text.
• A day's photo: open the day → "Change photo" → "Remove photo from this day". To remove a photo from "My photos": long-press the photo → "Remove".
• A sticker: on the day screen, remove the sticker from the day; from the catalog — long-press the sticker → "Remove from catalog".
• Cycle data: Menu → "Cycle" → "Turn off and delete data" — all cycle marks and settings are deleted.
• Custom month colors and backgrounds: Menu → "Month colors" → pick the standard colors or remove the image.
• All data from this phone only: Menu → "Account" → "Sign out and delete data from this phone".

If you can't delete something yourself, write to support@apprelium.app and we'll delete it on request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, sign-in data). If the account was created with Apple, Sign in with Apple is revoked too — Dayli disappears from "Sign in with Apple" in your phone's settings.
• All journal entries, photos chosen for days, favorites, custom month colors.
• Stickers, their goals, time and comments.
• Encrypted cycle data, your passcode and the key to them — on the server and on this phone.
• Your photos, month backgrounds and sticker images — encrypted copies on the server and files on this phone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Dayli Plus subscription — cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings (in the app: Account → "Manage subscription").

Deletion can't be undone. If needed, save your entries first with “Export to PDF” or “Backup”.

What remains

• Purchase records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat (our purchase verification service) — under their rules and accounting laws. You can ask us to delete them from RevenueCat at support@apprelium.app.
• Ad impression data at Google AdMob — under Google's rules (it is not linked to your Dayli account).
• Hosting provider backups — for no longer than 7 days, then deleted automatically.
• Files you saved yourself (PDFs, backup archives) — stay with you.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Without Dayli Plus your data is stored only on the phone — if you delete the app without a backup, the data is lost.
