Dayli

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. What this is

Dayli is a calendar journal: for each day you can set your own photo, add stickers and write an entry. Optionally, you can track your menstrual cycle. The app is provided by Apprelium — individual developer Anna Stepanytska, Georgia (“we”).

2. Account

You need an account (email, Apple or Google). You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time: Menu → Account → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play (see section 4).

3. Free version

4. Dayli Plus

5. Not a medical app

Cycle phase predictions are approximate. The app is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and is not suitable for contraception. For health questions, see a doctor.

6. Your entries and photos

Everything you write and upload belongs to you. You are responsible for having the rights to your photos and images. We use your data only to run the app — see the Privacy Policy.

7. Bugs and feedback

If something doesn't work, contact us: Menu → “Found a bug?” or support@apprelium.app.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the app working, but we can't guarantee it. Make backups (Menu → Backup), especially without Dayli Plus. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss not caused by us. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell you about significant changes in the app. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation — write to support@apprelium.app. If that fails, the dispute is settled by the courts of Georgia. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
